All About our Terms & Conditions

All jobs are payable by cheque 7 days prior to the removal or cash on the day of removal, after the job is complete.

Parking is the customer's responsability. If a penalty charge is unavoidably incurred we request immediate payment. We do ask our customers to call their local Council and provide a permit parking.

We do our best to arrive punctually, however unlikely events can occur.

We do not accept responsability for any loss or damage to your goods/property once the job has been done, payment received and our team has left your premises.

Jobs are quoted through the information supplied by you, to us, on the property type, access and volume of goods. If on arrival to a job it is demmed that the information was not correct and is vastly greater or different to the information given, there will be additional charges. These charges will be advised up front before the removal takes place and our customer prompt agree.

There will be an extra charge of £8 when passing through the London Congestion Charge Zone.

Prices are for London Area. If you are going outside M25 there will be an extra charge of £20.

It is not our responsability if the items don't fit in the new premises (eg: size of sofa). Our team can not to remove doors or windows.

We do not accept verbal or threatening behaving from the costumer. We reserve the right to leave the job and the customer will still be liable to pay in full.
